Contest Holder Guidelines

Post the Right Contest

A contest will have one and only one design task, so please post the right contest with one design task. If you have more than one design task, say you need a website design and a logo design, you will need to launch each design task separately. This will make everything in order and designers who are website designers participate in the website design project and the designers who are logo designers participate in the logo design project.

Select the Right Category

It is very importnat to post your contest in the right category as thats like the easy way for designers to easily filter out the contests they want to participate in. Posting your contest in the wrong category will only cut short on the quality and number of designs you will receive.

Be Brief in Your Description

When writing contest description, please be brief and only mention all that will help designers give you what you want. Writing a really long description will only confuse designers. Also make sure you provide enough information on the kind of design you want by refering to examples or outside URLs or links that will help inspire or guide the designers to produce what you want.

What Design Formats Do You Want?

Please make sure you put the design formats you want your design in. There are different design formats and each differs from the other based on the features, so please make sure you discuss this with the designers in your description on the formats you want.

Give Feedbacks

Giving feedbacks to designers will really help you get what you want. If you see the designs you want, let the designers know that and if a design is almost as good, let them know that too; this will help the designers design closer what you want. So please give feedbacks everytime possible and necessary.
